We are always looking for ways to improve our customer service,
so at appropriate intervals, we ask that our clients fill out online
client satisfaction surveys. The results are used to measure
how we’re doing, how our reporters are doing, to make improvements
to our current processes and develop methods to address areas that
could potentially be improved. In addition, the results of these
surveys are taken into account when we award the title of Karasch
Certified Reporter™ to our reporters.
